Ruth G. Malinas
Ruth’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to appellate litigation. She has handled close to 100 appeals and original proceedings in various Texas and federal appellate courts. In addition to appealing and defending final judgments, Ruth provides appellate support during trial in complex cases, briefs and argues complex motions in the trial court, and handles mandamus proceedings.
Substantively, Ruth’s docket includes products liability, medical malpractice, general tort, and insurance coverage matters. Ruth has multiple legal publications, and has carried out numerous speaking engagements throughout the state of Texas.
